Uttarashadha Nakshatra by Prash Trivedi
Uttarashadha is an asterism represented by four bright stars in the celestial firmament. It is associated with the end portion of the astronomical constellation of Dhanur and the first ten degrees of the zodiacal Rasi of Makara. The brightest star in this asterism is Nunki. Uttarashadha is known as the "latter invincible one" or "latter unconquered," symbolizing final victory. Its primary symbol is an elephant s tusk, which represents leadership, aggression, and responsibility. The tusk is also a symbol of mental insight, fearlessness, and the ability to enter new fields of endeavor. Uttarashadha is associated with ten ruling deities known as the "Ten Vishvadevas," representing goodness, truth, willpower, skill, time, desire, firmness, ancestors, brightness, and peak. These deities embody the primary virtues of the Divine creative spark and symbolize all that is good and benign on Earth.
