Debate series between American Presidential candidates for the term beginning January 2005. John Kerry, the Democratic challenger debated George W. Bush, the incumbent from the Republican Party. The first in a series of three debates was held on September 30, 2004 at 9 PM EDT in Coral Gables, Fl at the University of Miami campus.
