We are seeing there is an evolving threat of another wave of lockdowns and disease - with profound impact on the Global Economy - knocking down the high hope of several economists who have claimed the vaccination to be a tool to come out of the pandemic. However, it is quite clear that Mass Immunization Programs have left countries Worldwide with terrible waves of the very disease they are trying to prevent.
