Namaskar friends! First of all, Id like to start with a thanks that we are living in a time and day and age of so many subscription models available specifically for entertainment and all, so even after that, you chose to subscribe to the paid services on my YouTube channel. Definitely, I will try my level best to give you the best value for that.
So, guys, in this article, we will be talking about how to understand the hidden spark in any zodiac sign and the right way of decoding it. Now, this could be the case that you are running the Mahadasha of a planet which is placed in a specific zodiac sign, so that will give you insight into what is lacking, where you need to put extra effort, or this could be your Moon sign or Rising sign. The right set of approach, attitude, and being aware of the missing energies is something which we will try to understand through the concept of using the Navamsa (D9) energies.
I always say that Navamsa is the most important thing. Dividing your zodiac sign into nine equal parts will give you the insight that how the higher intelligence, cosmic intelligence, or divinity is operating over you. In this community, I actually want you guys to be adept and gain that expertise that when it comes to the Navamsa, you can do that calculation manually. So first, we will try to understand the manual part of the calculation, and in the end, I will tell you about what do I mean by the missing spark or energies in a specific zodiac sign.
Dividing Zodiac Signs Based on Elements
As you can see, we can divide all 12 zodiac signs based on the elements. We all know that the fire signs are Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. When we talk about the Earth signs, those are Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. The air signs are Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, and the water signs are Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces.
Dividing Zodiac Signs into Nine Equal Parts
When we talk about dividing the zodiac sign into nine equal parts, always remember that for the fire signs, the very first division in the D9 calculation will always start with Aries, which is ruled by Mars. For the Earth signs, the very first division in the D9 chart will start first with Capricorn, ruled by Saturn. For the air signs, the very first Navamsa Pada will always start with Libra, being ruled by Venus. For all the water signs like Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, the very first rulership in the D9 will always begin with Cancer.
Now, you might find it a little bit complicated, but trust me, in the next few sections, it will be very clear to you. When we look at the right-hand side of the classification, somehow it is the Kendra Bhava zodiac signs only in the original Kalpurush Kundali which is taking precedence over here.
Manual Calculation of Navamsa
Understanding Navamsa Divisions
The division within the zodiac sign consists of making nine equal parts of 3° 20 minutes each. That means:
0° to 3° 20 minutes is the first Navamsa
3° 20 minutes to 6° 40 minutes is the second Navamsa
20° to 23° 20 minutes is the seventh Navamsa, and so on.
So, how does it help you? Its a very simple way. If you come across a chart where you can see that Saturn is placed at 25°, you know that it falls in the eighth Navamsa from 23° 20 minutes to 26° 40 minutes. If you have to scrutinize or do the assessment of a planet placed at 11°, you know that it is the fourth Navamsa because from 10° to 13° 20 minutes is the fourth Navamsa.
Trust me, in the long term, it will definitely serve you the most. You do not even have to look at an app or any software to know about it. We got to know how the divisions are made in the zodiac sign. Now, the next step is, for example, if you have to calculate for Libra.
Example Calculation with Libra
If I were to ask you that Saturn is placed in Libra at 6°, what does it mean? How do you do the calculation? 6° falls in the second Navamsa. So, we know that Saturn is placed in the second Navamsa in Libra. For the Libra zodiac sign, the Navamsa rulership always starts first with Libra. That means it is placed in the second Navamsa, so after Libra will come Scorpio.
For the Libra zodiac sign, from 3° 20 minutes to 6° 40 minutes falls the territory of Scorpio. This is how you can do all these calculations manually, and this will help you in the long term. Trust me, when you have to do so many concrete calculations, it will be there like a flash in the back of your mind.
Example Calculation with Aquarius
Let me give you another example. If someone tells you that Mercury is placed in Aquarius at 21°, we know that 21° falls as the seventh Navamsa from 20° to 23° 20 minutes. Now, we are talking about Aquarius and the seventh Navamsa. For Aquarius, the table always starts first with Libra. That means Libra is going to be the first, then its going to be Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, and finally Aries.
So, any planet placed at 21° within Aquarius is going to be placed in Aries. Now we have understood that Mercury in Aquarius is in a friendly sign, but when we did the manual calculation, we got to know that in the Navamsa, it is placed in Aries, where Mercury is not as comfortable. This way, we get to know the spark within.
Identifying Missing Energies in Zodiac Signs
Now lets move to the main topic, which is identifying the missing energies in a zodiac sign.
Fire Signs
When we talk about fire signs like Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius, these could be your Moon sign, your ascendant, or you might be running the Mahadasha of a planet placed in these fire signs. What do these signs lack? They lack the Navamsa Padas of Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces.
With Aries, they are always headstrong and want to wrap up things fast, which impacts their duties and responsibilities. They might lack their ultimate vision in life and the sacrificing nature within their personality. This is equally applicable for Leo and Sagittarius as well. They lack the traits and energies of Capricorn (responsibilities), Aquarius (ultimate vision), and Pisces (sacrifice).
Earth Signs
When we talk about Earth element signs which are Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn, they lack the energies of Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius. Libra has to do with savviness in commercial activities and fairness in dealings. Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn might have concerns of rigidity in one specific area of life, which is because they lack the spark of Libra (fairness), Scorpio (research and intuitive faculties), and Sagittarius (righteousness, philosophy, and theology).
Air Signs
For air signs like Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, they lack the spark of Cancer, Leo, and Virgo. Cancer has to do with nurturing and having an emotional, intuitive side. Leo has to do with regality, originality, and personal magnetism. Virgo has to do with the attainment of perfection. The concern with air signs is that they could be intellectually savvy, but attention span tends to remain a concern. The energy of Virgo (perfection and discipline) can help here.
Water Signs
For water signs like Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, the spark which is lacking is of Aries, Taurus, and Gemini. Aries has to do with taking initiative at the right time and being protective. Taurus has to do with fixity with ideals and going back to roots. Gemini has to do with inquisitiveness and curiosity, something which all the water sign energies need to develop and inculcate.
So, guys, once again thanks a lot for being a valuable member of my community. I will keep updating you with short topics that can actually prove to be very helpful in adding to your ultimate knowledge base. Thanks a lot!
