Cratère Marc-André is a French politician who has served as a member of the National Assembly for Martinique's 1st constituency since 2012. He is a member of the Socialist Party.
Cratère was born on 3 February 1973 in Le Robert, Martinique. He is married and has two children.
Cratère began his political career as a member of the municipal council of Sainte-Anne, Martinique. He was elected to the National Assembly in 2012, defeating incumbent Alfred Marie-Jeanne. He has since been re-elected in 2017 and 2022.
In the National Assembly, Cratère serves on the Committee on Economic Affairs and the Committee on Sustainable Development and Spatial Planning. He is also a member of the French delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
