Brijendra is best known for his roles in the films "Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai" (1998), "Lagaan" (2001), "Munnabhai MBBS" (2003), and "3 Idiots" (2009). He has also appeared in the television shows "Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin" (2003-2007), "Kasautii Zindagii Kay" (2001-2008), and "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" (2009-2016). In addition to his acting career, Brijendra is also a politician and social activist. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He has served as the mayor of Dehradun and as a member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly.
