He has a graduate degree in Medieval Germanic Linguistics and nearly thirty years experience in Education, Curriculum and Instruction. As one of the original founders of Kepler College, he was instrumental in developing the curriculum and instructional designs and establishing the relationship with the Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board that led to Keplers approval and its opening in 2000. He served as president of both Washingtons and Oregons Astrological Associations and is currently on the Board of Advisers for the Oregon Astrological Association.
