Louvin Grard (born 5 September 1946) is a French politician who has been a member of the National Assembly since 2012, representing the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle.
Grard is a member of the Socialist Party (PS). He was first elected to the National Assembly in 2012, defeating the incumbent UMP candidate, Thierry Mandon. He was re-elected in 2017, again defeating Mandon.
Grard is a member of the Committee on Economic Affairs.
In addition to his political career, Grard is also a businessman. He is the co-founder and CEO of the company Norvege, which specializes in the production of metal products.
Grard is married and has two children.
