Dumry Henry was born on February 29, 1920, in Auzances, France. He was a French politician who served as a member of the National Assembly from 1958 to 1973. He was also the mayor of Auzances from 1959 to 1977.
Henry was a member of the Socialist Party. He was elected to the National Assembly in 1958, representing the department of Creuse. He served on the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on National Defense. He was also a member of the French delegation to the Council of Europe.
In 1959, Henry was elected mayor of Auzances. He served as mayor for 18 years, during which time he oversaw the construction of a new town hall and a new school. He also helped to establish a number of social welfare programs in the town.
Henry retired from politics in 1977. He died in 2001.
