Enger Per was a Norwegian footballer who played as a midfielder. He played for the Norwegian club, Skeid Fotball, and the Norwegian national team.

Per played for Skeid Fotball for his entire club career. He made his debut for the club in 1947 and went on to make over 300 appearances for the club. Per helped Skeid Fotball win the Norwegian Cup in 1958 and 1963.
###### International career:
Per made his debut for the Norwegian national team in 1953 and went on to make 23 appearances for his country. He represented Norway at the 1952 Summer Olympics.
###### Post-retirement:
After retiring from playing, Per stayed involved in football as a coach and administrator. He coached Skeid Fotball from 1971 to 1973 and served as the president of the Norwegian Football Federation from 1974 to 1976.
