American skateboarder with a corporate sponsorship who was arrested and tried for his part in gang-raping an unconscious teenage girl on July 5, 2002. Haidl had videotaped the incident. Haidl is a slight youth, the son of Orange County assistant sheriff Don Haidl who became a millionaire through his business interests. Greg’s parents are divorced and while he spends time on weekends with his father in wealthy Corona del Mar in Orange County, he lives during the week with his mother Gail in more middle-class San Bernadino County. The first bad decision was made on July 4, 2002 when young Haidl invited some friends to a party at his fathers luxurious seaside house in Corona del Mar. The drinking and partying by the pool continued even after the senior Haidl went to bed and some of the partiers began undressing and engaging in sexual activity. Greg and two of his friends had sex with one of the girls, a teen age minor, called Jane Doe in the press. The next morning, Greg admitted that he hadnt realized how wild the party had been and as he relived the night with his friends, they decided to repeat the party that evening, July 5th. They were admittedly drunk when the same Jane Doe showed up. Gregs father and his step-mother were in the main house but left, saying they trusted Greg completely. Haidl and the other defendants claimed that the gathering was a consensual sex party and assert that such parties are common among Orange County teens. He admits that they were drinking heavily and said "And she showed up and she started drinking. And then pretty much one thing led to another, and we just started making stupid decisions. The three boys and girl began engaging in sexual acts. Gregs interest in film prompted him to videotape the incident. The next day, Haidl left the videotape at another friends house where it was given to a neighbor, a police officer. One week later, the three boys were arrested and charged with 24 felony counts including 17 counts of forcible rape while acting in concert. Don Haidl’s money bought a "dream-team" of lawyers and the prosecution made its case that the girl in the videotape was unconscious and had no ability to say yes to sex. Haidls father called his son "an average teenage kid, very sensitive, very emotional." A year later and out on bail, Greg was stopped in San Clemente for allegedly having marijuana. He wasnt arrested but the additional publicity didnt help his case. The trial began in April 2004 but, the jury came to a deadlock, and the judge declared a mistrial on June 28, 2004. A week after the mistrial, Haidl was arrested again, this time for statutory rape of another 16-year old girl. This girl told police she consented but an investigation continues. Haidl was also tied to vandalism and trespassing. In November 2004, he allegedly drank alcohol, swallowed powerful painkillers, and crashed his brand-new car into oncoming traffic. His bail was revoked. . Gregs father has resigned as assistant sheriff. On December 4, 2004, he was subdued in jail with a taser gun for a termper tantrum that included a threat of suicide. Imprisoned, he sits in the mental health ward, facing another trial in January 2005. On March 10 2006 he was sentenced to six years in jail. He was released on January 26, 2008 before completing his sentence. Read less

In Vedic astrology, the positioning of planets in specific houses and signs can offer insights into an individual's life experiences. For a Leo ascendant, the Moon is the lord of the 12th house, which is traditionally associated with themes such as expenses, losses, foreign travel, spirituality, and isolation. When this 12th house lord (Moon) is placed in the 2nd house in the sign of Virgo, particularly in Hasta Nakshatra, several implications can be drawn. The 2nd house is the domain of wealth, family, speech, and values. With the Moon as the 12th lord occupying this house, there may be fluctuating financial conditions or expenses related to family matters. This position suggests a potential for spending on family needs, spiritual pursuits, or foreign-related matters. The individual might experience gains from foreign lands or through spiritual or charitable activities due to the Moon's connection with the 12th house. Being in Virgo, the Moon is influenced by Mercury, the ruler of Virgo, which could enhance analytical and practical thinking concerning 2nd house matters. The individual might possess a critical approach to managing finances and family affairs. However, the Moon in Virgo can also indicate emotional volatility and a tendency to worry, especially regarding financial security and family wellbeing. Hasta Nakshatra, governed by the deity Savitar and symbolized by a hand, emphasizes skillfulness, dexterity, and the ability to manifest intentions into reality. This suggests that the individual could have a talent for managing resources or a knack for persuasive communication. They may use their skills to bring about tangible results in financial or familial contexts. Emotionally, the person may seek security through family and material stability, but there could be a sense of restlessness or an underlying feeling of dissatisfaction due to the Moon's 12th house rulership. Spiritual practices or retreats might provide solace and a means to balance emotional and financial concerns. Overall, this placement highlights a dynamic interplay between material and spiritual dimensions, urging the individual to find harmony between the two.

In Vedic astrology, the placement of planets in different houses and signs significantly influences an individual's life. For a Leo ascendant, Jupiter rules the 5th house (related to creativity, education, children, and past life deeds) and the 8th house (associated with transformation, longevity, and occult matters). When natal Jupiter is placed in the 6th house in Capricorn within the Shravana Nakshatra, it brings a blend of energies that impacts various life areas. **6th House Significance**: The 6th house is associated with service, health, daily routines, and conflicts. It's a house of challenges but also growth through overcoming obstacles. In Vedic astrology, analyzing the placement of planets in a natal chart involves understanding their influence based on house positions, signs, nakshatras, and conjunctions. For a Leo ascendant, the 4th lord is Mars, and when Ketu assumes this role and is placed in the 3rd house in Libra in Vishakha Nakshatra, conjunct with Saturn, it forms a complex astrological scenario. Here's an elaborate interpretation: 1. **Ketu as the 4th Lord:** Ketu is often associated with spirituality, detachment, and past life karma. As the 4th lord (governing home, mother, inner peace, and comforts), Ketu's influence can lead to a sense of detachment from domestic life and material comforts. Ketu in Libra may cause an internal conflict between the desire for harmonious relationships and the tendency toward detachment. This placement can lead to introspection about the nature of relationships and partnerships. 4. **Vishakha Nakshatra:** Ruled by Jupiter, Vishakha is associated with determination and goal-oriented behavior. Ketu here can intensify the drive to achieve spiritual or philosophical goals, often leading to transformative experiences. 5. **Conjunction with Saturn:** Saturn is a planet of discipline, restriction, and karma. Its conjunction with Ketu can amplify the themes of detachment and discipline, possibly leading to challenges in expressing emotions or forming close relationships. However, it can also provide the perseverance needed to overcome obstacles, especially in spiritual or philosophical pursuits. Overall, this combination suggests a life path focused on overcoming material attachments, seeking deeper knowledge, and transforming personal challenges into spiritual growth. The individual may face challenges in personal relationships but will find strength in introspection and spiritual pursuits.
