American chef who won the "James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: South" in 2013. Since 2002 he has been Executive Chef at Commanders Palace restaurant in New Orleans, Louisiana. As Executive Chef at Commanders he appeared on the "Restaurant Wars" episode of TV series Top Chef: New Orleans on 4 December 2013.
