Rolf Ramm Stang (born 15 January 1923) is a Norwegian former politician for the Labour Party.

He was born in Oslo as the son of wholesaler Rolf Stang (1892–1953) and teacher Margrethe Stang (née Vogt, 1892–1979). He finished his secondary education in 1942, and studied law at the University of Oslo from 1945. He graduated in 1952.

He worked as a deputy judge in Bærum from 1952 to 1953 and was hired in the Norwegian Bar Association in 1954. He worked as an attorney in Oslo, where he specialized in insurance law. In 1965 he was hired as a lawyer in the Norwegian Insurance Association, and in 1970 he became its director.

He was a member of Oslo city council from 1955 to 1963 and of Oslo city government from 1959 to 1963. He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Oslo during the terms 1954–1957 and 1961–1965. In 1965 he was elected to the Parliament from the same constituency.

He was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice and the Police in 1971, and served until 1972 when he was appointed Minister of Justice and the Police. He held this position until 1973. In the first Bratteli cabinet he served as Minister of Local Government and Labour from 1973 to 1974. In the second Bratteli cabinet he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from October 1976 to February 1981.

After the 1981 election he returned to his position in the Norwegian Insurance Association, where he stayed until 1993 when he retired.
