### Other info Marcus Blackmore is an Australian guitarist, songwriter, record producer, and author. He is best known as the lead guitarist and songwriter of the Australian hard rock band The Angels. Blackmore has also released several solo albums, and has worked with a variety of other artists, including Jimmy Barnes, Tina Arena, and John Farnham. In 2018, Blackmore was inducted into the Australian Music Hall of Fame as a member of The Angels. He continues to tour and perform with The Angels, and also teaches guitar through his online academy.
